For achieving one of my personal goals this year I joined PLC group with some colleagues and we were focussing on how to encourage students being discipline. The reasons our group chose this topic was because there are many students who showed irresponsible with their belonging and lack of discipline with the time.

 

During this academic school year we did some observation, did digital research and analysed our finding. We hope that the result from our PLC group can give contribution and bring positive effects for all school members.
